Sergey Kozlov (politician)
Sergey Ivanovich Kozlov (Russian: Сергей Иванович Козлов, Ukrainian: Сергій Іванович Козлов; born 7 November 1963) is the Prime Minister of the unrecognized Luhansk People's Republic since 25 December 2015. He is also a major general.[1]
