Sophie Nélisse

Sophie Nélisse (born March 27, 2000) is a Canadian actress. Her performance in Monsieur Lazhar won a Genie Award. She played Liesel Meminger in the movie adaptation of the best-selling novel The Book Thief.

Nélisse won a Young Artist Award for Best Leading Young Actress in an International Feature Film. She was later at the Cannes Film Festival to present the movie Mean Dreams.[3]
