Sumida, Tokyo
Sumida (墨田区, Sumida-ku) is one of the 23 special wards of Tokyo, Japan. The population was 256,274 in 2015.[2]

On 15 March 1947, the ward of Sumida was formed by combining the wards of Honjo and Mukojima.[3]
