The Great White Hope (movie)
The Great White Hope is a 1970 American biographical romantic drama movie directed by Martin Ritt and based on the Howard Sackler play of the same name. It stars James Earl Jones, Jane Alexander, Hal Holbrook, Chester Morris and distributed by 20th Century Fox. It was nominated for two Oscars at the Academy Awards in 1971.
