Trevor Rabin
Trevor Charles Rabin (born January 13, 1954) is a South African composer and rock musician.
Personal life
In 1978, Rabin married Shelley May whom he met at school. They lived in Hollywood, Los Angeles since 1984 and have one son, Ryan.
Awards
Rabin has received eleven Broadcast Music, Inc. film score awards and a Lifetime Achievement Award from the Temecula International Film Festival.

Rabin names Bernard Herrmann, Elmer Bernstein, Jerry Goldsmith, John Williams, Maurice Jarre, Henry Mancini, Lalo Schifrin, Leonard Rosenman, Arnold Schoenberg, Ludwig van Beethoven, Maurice Ravel, Edward Elgar, Pyotr Ilyich Tchaikovsky, Alan Silvestri and Ennio Morricone as influences.
