Tsutomu Miyazaki
Tsutomu Miyazaki (Japanese: 宮崎 勤, 1962-2008) was a Japanese serial killer, cannibal, child rapist and necrophile. Miyazaki kidnapped and killed four little girls from 1988 to 1989. As a result, he was arrested and charged. After that, the death penalty was finalized and executed.
