Al Quie

Albert Harold "Al" Quie (born September 18, 1923) is an American politician. He was the 35th Governor of Minnesota, from January 4, 1979 to January 3, 1983.[1] Quie was born in Dennison, Minnesota. From 1958 until 1979, he was a member of the United States House of Representatives.
