Arsenio Lope Huerta
Arsenio Lope Huerta (15 November 1943 – 2 January 2021) was a Spanish lawyer, politician, writer and economist. He was born in Alcalá de Henares, Spain. Lope Huerta was a member of the Spanish Socialist Workers' Party. From 1983 to 1987, he was Mayor of Alcalá de Henares.
