Ashure
Ashure (Turkish: Aşure or Aşura) is a traditional Turkish pudding. Ashure is made from grains, dried fruits and nuts. There are no animal products (butter, milk, cheese, etc.) and ashure is vegan.

Specially, Turkish people make ashure during Muharram, the first month of the Islamic calendar. Ashure (Arabic: عَشْرَة) means tenth in Arabic and the 10th day of every lunar year is the Day of Ashure.
