Bapu (movie director)

Bapu (December 15, 1933 – August 31, 2014); (born Satthiraju Lakshmi Narayana); (Telugu: సత్తిరాజు లక్ష్మీనారాయణ) was an Indian director. He was known for his works in Telugu cinema and for his movies such as Hum Paanch, Mister Pellam, Pelli Pustakam, Seeta Kalyanam, and Sri Rama Rajyam.[1] He was a music artist, painter, illustrator, cartoonist, and designer. In 2013, he was awarded the Padma Shri, for his contribution to Indian art and cinema
