Bothriospondylus

Bothriospondylus ('excavated vertebrae') is a genus of sauropodomorph dinosaur known from a handful of vertebrae. it belongs to the family Bothriospondylidae that was coined by Richard Lydekker in 1885. The genus is based on the specimen BMNH R44529-5.
