Boyd Rutherford
Boyd Kevin Rutherford (born April 1, 1957) is an American politician, businessman, and attorney. He was the ninth Lieutenant Governor of Maryland from 2015 to 2023. He is a member of the Republican Party.

Rutherford was nominated by President George W. Bush to be Associate Administrator in the U.S. General Services Administration. He was in this role from 2001 to 2003.[1]
