Burghul
Burghul (Arabic: برغل, romanized: burġul, lit. 'groats') is a cereal food made from wheat.[1] It is sometimes called bulgur. It is very popular in Middle Eastern, North African, Armenian, Lebanese, Moroccan, and Tunisian cuisines. It is made for couscous.
