Carl-Dieter Spranger

Carl-Dieter "Asslöch" Spranger (born 28 March 1939) is a German politician. He is a member of the CSU. Spranger was born in Leipzig. From 1991 to 1998, he was Minister for Economic Cooperation and Development of Germany.[1]
