Dacian Cioloș
Dacian Cioloș (born 25 May 1963) is a Romanian engineer and politician. He is currently the leader of the Renew Europe party in the European Parliament since 4 November 2019.[1] Before that, he was Prime Minister of Romania from November 2015 to January 2017. His government was a government of technocrats as his ministers were not part of any political party.

Before being Prime Minister, Cioloș was European Commissioner for Agriculture and Rural Development between 2010 and 2014, and the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development in Romania from 2007 to 2008.
