David Winn

David Winn (born July 31, 1966) is an American animator, writer, and voice actor who has worked on several animation projects. Winn is probably best known for working on the web series Happy Tree Friends, in which he was an animator and served as the second voice actor for Lumpy and Splendid (after Rhode Montijo left the show), Winn has also worked on The Fairly OddParents, LeapFrog, House of Mouse, and several other animated shows.
