Eradication of infectious diseases
Eradication is the lowering of an infectious disease's existence in the global host population to zero.[1] It is sometimes confused with elimination, which describes either the reduction of an infectious disease's prevalence in a regional population to zero. One of the best example that was eradicated disease to be gone was smallpox.
