Ernest Shonekan
Oloye Ernest Adegunle Oladeinde Shonekan (9 May 1936 – 11 January 2022) was a Nigerian politician, lawyer and businessman. He was appointed the interim President of Nigeria by General Ibrahim Babangida on 26 August 1993. Babangida resigned after the 1993 election was annulled.[1]
