Giza church fire
On 14 August 2022, a fire happened at the Abu Sefein Church, a Coptic church in Giza, Egypt. It happened during Sunday worship services when nearly 5,000 worshippers were at the church.[1][2] Forty-one people were killed, including at least eighteen children.[3][4] 14 others were injured.[5]
