Jeff Bingaman
Jesse Francis "Jeff" Bingaman Jr. (born October 3, 1943) is an American politician and lawyer. He was a United States Senator from New Mexico from 1983 to 2013. He was a member of the Democratic Party. Bingaman was Attorney General of New Mexico from 1979 to 1983.

On February 18, 2011, he announced that he would not run for reelection in 2012.[1][2]
