Levon Mirzoyan
Levon Isayevich Mirzoyan (Russian: Левон Исаевич Мирзоян; 14 November 1897 – 26 February 1939), was a Soviet politician who served as the First Secretary of the Azerbaijan Communist Party from 1926 to 1929 and the First Secretary of the Communist Party of the Kazakh SSR from 1936 to 1938.
