Luís Montenegro
Luís Filipe Montenegro Cardoso de Morais Esteves (born 16 February 1973)[1] is a Portuguese Social Democratic Party (PSD) politician who has been the Leader of the Opposition since 2022. He was a member of the Assembly of the Republic from the Aveiro District from 2002 to 2018.

He lost to Rui Rio in his party's leadership election in 2020. He ran again for the party leadership after Rio's resignation in 2022, winning the position.
