Manuela Carmena
Manuela Carmena Castrillo (Spanish pronunciation: [maˈnwela kaɾˈmena kasˈtɾiʎo]; born in 1944) is a retired Spanish lawyer and judge. She was Mayor of Madrid from June 2015 to June 2019. She was a member of the General Council of the Judiciary.[1]
