María Clemencia Rodríguez Múnera
María Clemencia "Tutina" Rodríguez Múnera (born 13 November 1955[1]) is the wife of the 32nd President of Colombia, Juan Manuel Santos Calderón. She was the First Lady of Colombia from August 2010 until August 2018.
