Mark Fischer (attorney)
Mark Alan Fischer (1950 – February 18, 2015) was an American author and lawyer. He wrote the book Perle, Williams & Fischer on Publishing Law. He helped create the Biobricks Foundation Public Agreement, which allows scientists to make their biotechnology tools available to the public.[1][2]
