Norman Stansfield
Norman Stansfield (also known as Stansfield) is a fictional character and the main villain of Luc Besson's 1994 movie Léon: The Professional. He is played by Gary Oldman.

He is a corrupt and mentally unstable Drug Enforcement Administration (DEA) agent. He has been named as one of cinema's greatest villains. In honor of its influence, Noah Walden of MSN Movies described the Stansfield character as "the role that launched a thousand villains".[1]
