Pecorino Toscano

Pecorino Toscano is a type of Pecorino cheese. It is made in the Italian state of Tuscany.[1] Since 1996, it has protection of designated origin.[2] The cheese is aged for about 20 days. This firm cheese can be used for grating or it can be eaten with some Mediterranean fruits and vegetables.
