Peter Hampton

Peter John Hampton[1] (12 September 1954  25 September 2020) was an English footballer. He played as a left back in the Football League for Leeds United, Stoke City, Burnley, Rochdale and Carlisle United.[2] His career began in 1972 and he retired in 1988. Hampton was born in Oldham, Greater Manchester.

Hampton died on 25 September 2020 in Cyprus at the age of 66.[3]
