Peter J. Barnes III

Peter J. Barnes III (April 26, 1956 – February 22, 2021) was an American Democratic Party politician. He was born in Edison, New Jersey. He was a member of the New Jersey General Assembly from 2007 to 2014. He later became a State Senator in 2014. In 2016, Governor Chris Christie nominated him to be a member of the New Jersey Superior Court.

Barnes III died on February 22, 2021 in Edison at the age of 64.[1]
