Platymantis hazelae

Hazel's wrinkled ground frog or smooth-skinned forest frog (Platymantis hazelae) is a frog. It lives in the Philippines on Tables, Romblon, and Sibuyan Islands. It lives in the mountains. Scientists have seen it between 600 and 1700 meters above sea level.[2][3][1]
