Ricardo Obregón Cano
Ricardo Obregón Cano (April 4, 1917 – June 19, 2016)[1] was an Argentine Justicialist Party politician. He was born in Río Cuarto, Córdoba. He was Governor of Córdoba from May 25, 1973, to February 28, 1974.
