Robert Blust
Robert Andrew Blust (May 9, 1940 – January 5, 2022)[1] was an American linguist. His works were about historical linguistics, lexicography and ethnology. He was a Professor of Linguistics at the University of Hawaiʻi at Mānoa. Blust's works were also about the Austronesian languages.

Blust died of cancer on January 5, 2022 in Honolulu, Hawaii at the age of 81.[2]
