Robert Freeman Smith
Robert Freeman Smith (June 16, 1931 – September 21, 2020) was an American politician. Smith, a Republican, was a United States Congressman from Oregon's 2nd congressional district from 1983 to 1995. After a brief retirement, he returned to Congress in 1997.[1]
