Robert S. Kiss
Robert S. Kiss (November 27, 1957 – November 5, 2021) was an American Democratic politician. He was the 54th Speaker of the House for the West Virginia House of Delegates from 1997 until 2007. He was born in Raleigh County, West Virginia.
Kiss died of cancer in Huntington, West Virginia, at age 63, on November 5, 2021.[1]
