Vadim Brovtsev
Vadim Vladimirovich Brovtsev (Ossetian: Бровцеты Владимиры фырт Вадим, Brovtsête Vlâdimire fert Vâdim; Russian: Вадим Владимирович Бровцев, Georgian: ვადიმ ბროვცევი, Vadim Brovcevi; born 26 July 1969[1]) is a Russian businessman[2] who was Prime Minister of the Republic of South Ossetia from 5 August 2009[3][4] to 26 April 2012, as well as Acting President from December 11, 2011 to April 19, 2012.
