Yonezawa Castle
Yonezawa Castle (米沢城, Yonezawa-jō) is a Japanese castle located in Yonezawa city in Yamagata Prefecture. It is a flatland-style castle, and was the residence of the Uesugi clan, who were the daimyō, or feudal lords, of Yonezawa Domain during the Edo period.
