They can be easily traded into Ruby, Sapphire, Emerald, Fire Red, Leaf Green, Colosseum, and XD: Gale of Darkness. However, if the Pokémon is not in the Hoenn Pokédex, you will not be able to trade until you acquire the national Pokédex.
