2Open the XML file you want to convert. To do this, click the File menu, select Open, then double-click the XML file.
- You can also open the XML file by double-clicking its name in any folder on your computer.

3Click the File menu. It’s near the top-left corner of the screen.

5Click Browse. This opens a file browser window.

6Select Word Document from the “Save as type” drop-down menu. This menu may be called “Format” on some computers. It’s at the bottom of the file browser window.
