How to Evolve Feebas in Pokémon Emerald

So you've just caught Feebas. Now all you have to do it help it evolve into a Milotic! Feebas has to have a max beauty level in order to evolve- you can do this by feeding it Pamtre berries (most effective berry for leveling up beauty).

Steps

Beat the Elite Four. This is only mandatory if you plan to get berries by talking to the Berry Master's wife. Beating them will put the word "Contest" in your vocabulary.

Have a Feebas on your team of Pokémon. If you don't have one, then either catch or trade one.

Get lots of Pamtre berries. One way to get some is to go to the Berry Master's house on route 123 and talking to the Berry Master's wife. She'll ask you to tell her a phrase. Tell her "Challenge Contest", and she'll give you a Pamtre berry.

Plant the berry over and over again until you have about 5 berries. This will take about 3 days for all of them to grow.

Go to the Berry Blend and blend them into Pokéblocks.

Feed all the Pokéblocks to your Feebas, or until its beauty is maxed out (level 170).

Level up your Feebas by 1 level, with either a Rare Candy or through exp. points.

Yep. Just plant them into a spot of soft soil, and it will grow in about 3 days. Collect them and replant.

Warnings

If you feed your Feebas too many Pokéblocks, then it will not eat them anymore; the maximum number you can feed them is 12. This is why you should try to only feed your Feebas highly effective Pokéblocks.

If the nature of the Feebas is impish, careful, or adamant, then it will only be effected by high-level Pokéblocks. This is because most Pokéblocks that level up beauty are blue or indigo and taste dry- Pokémon with any one of those three natures will not eat dry Pokéblocks.
