Ingredients
- 60 grams of flour
- 1 egg
- 40 grams of sugar
- A few Kit Kat bars
- Milk
- Sunflower oil

1Place the Kit Kat bars in the freezer for about one hour. This firms the bar sufficiently to be able to cope with being placed in the hot oil.
- It is easiest if you break the bars into fingers or sticks before freezing.

4Pour in the milk. Add sufficient milk to form the consistency of batter. Mix well.

5Coat the frozen Kit Kat sticks with the batter.

6Add the sunflower oil to the pan or pot for frying. Add sufficient oil to cover the sticks to be fried. Heat up the oil.

7Place the coated Kit Kat sticks into the preheated fryer. Use tongs to carefully insert them.
