First, get an overview: where are you and where do you want to go? If you're in debt, make a plan to get out. Next, set a regular schedule. Sleep at 10:00 PM, water the plants on Mondays, etc., and stick to that. Also, resolve those lingering issues. Finally have that light fixed that's been out for a while; you know, the one-time things that once they're done will never again require your energy or effort. Finally, split your dreams into achievable steps. If you want to visit every country in Europe, list the three countries you're visiting next and make actual plans to do that.
