Making Granola

Granola is a baked cereal that takes a little longer to make than muesli, but will result in a crunchy, versatile treat that you can eat with milk or sprinkle on yogurt or ice cream.

    Preheat your oven to 250 °F (120 °C).

    Mix the nuts, oats, coconut, and brown sugar in a large bowl. Mix thoroughly to ensure that there are no clumps of the same ingredient.

    In a different bowl, mix the maple syrup (or honey), oil, and salt.
