Ingredients

Rich chocolate omelet:

  • 150g chocolate yogurt
  • 2 tablespoons ice cream
  • 1 egg
  • 50g butter
  • 110 glasses of water
  • 1 bowl of chocolate cream

Chocolate chip omelet:
Serves 1

  • 1/2 cup egg whites
  • 1 tablespoon plain yogurt
  • 1 teaspoon sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • Tiny chocolate chips
  • Fruit (optional)

Cocoa powder omelet:
Serves 2

  • 4 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons cocoa powder (chocolate drinking powder can be substituted)
  • 2 tablespoons chocolate chips or buttons

Rich chocolate omelet

    Crack the eggs and separate the whites and yolks. Whip the egg whites until peaks form. Set aside for use shortly.

    Place the chocolate and water into a bain-marie or double boiler.

    Remove from the heat. Add the egg yolks, beaten egg whites and cream to the melted chocolate. Mix through gently.

    Melt the butter in the omelet pan. Once melted pour in the first amount of the chocolate batter.

    Place the egg whites into a bowl. Whisk to combine.

    Warm the frying pan or skillet over medium heat. Pour the omelet batter into the warmed pan.
