- 1⁄4 cup (59 ml) unsweetened coconut milk

- 1⁄2 cup (120 ml) frozen raspberries

- 1 teaspoon (4.9 ml) vanilla extract or honey
- 1 teaspoon (4.9 ml) sugar
- 1 cup (240 ml) frozen blueberries
- 3⁄4 cup (180 ml) milk
