Fortunately, this TikTok hack can show you how to make an egg and cheese breakfast sandwich in a single pan in just a couple of minutes! Grab a large pan, a spatula, and your favorite bread to get started on this delicious breakfast.

Cooking the Eggs

1Put a large pan on the stove and turn it to medium heat. Find a pan that can hold at least 2 slices of bread plus a little extra room on the side. Put your pan on the stove and turn it up to medium heat, then let the burner warm up for about 1 minute.
- The more room you have, the easier it will be to flip your eggs and make the sandwich.

2Grease the warm pan with butter. Grab a small pat of butter and use a knife to rub it on the bottom and the sides of the pan. Make sure you coat the entire thing so that the eggs don’t stick to the bottom, or you’ll have a tough time flipping them later on.

3Whisk 2 eggs in a bowl. Crack 2 large eggs into a small bowl and use a fork or a whisk to combine them until they’re smooth. Make sure you don’t get any egg shell chunks in the eggs, or your sandwich might be crunchy.
