QuestionHow do I do it? When I put the corners together, it forms out as a triangle.Community AnswerIt's likely one of two things you could be doing wrong: 1. You're pulling the wrong flap in. I've done origami for a while now, and my recommendation when doing this is to try to pull in different flaps to the center. Or 2. You could be forming a different kind of base. The triangle base is something you can use to make things like origami butterflies, and to make this base you have to make sort of vampire-teeth inside.
