  3. 3
Click + to create a new spreadsheet. Your spreadsheet will contain a list of the recipients for your mass email.
  4. 4
Add the email addresses to the spreadsheet. Here's how:
    • Row 1 should be the column headers, e.g. FirstName, LastName, Email, etc. Don't include spaces or special characters in these headers.
    • Input the data for the people you're emailing. Make sure there's an email address on each line.
    • Click Untitled spreadsheet at the top-left corner of the screen and type a name for the spreadsheet (e.g. Mass Mail).
    • Click anywhere else on the sheet to save your changes.
  5. 5
Go to https://www.gmass.co. This is a mass email plugin for Gmail that allows you to send up to 50 free emails a day. There are upgrade options if you need to send more than that.
  6. 6
Scroll down and click ADD GMASS TO GMAIL. It's the blue button near the center of the page. A pop-up message will appear.
  7. 7
Click Add extension. This installs the plugin and then redirects you to your Gmail account (and a pop-up message).
  8. 8
Click Connect Gmass Now!. An account screen will appear.
  9. 9
Click your Gmail account. A confirmation message will appear.
    • If you don't see the account you want to send the mail from, click Use another account, then sign in as directed.
  10. 10
Click ALLOW. This allows the plugin to access your email and spreadsheets. You'll be redirected to your Gmail inbox.

Part 2 of 2:

Sending the Message

  1. 1
Go to https://mail.google.com. If you're already at your Gmail inbox, skip to the next step.
  2. 2
Click the red spreadsheet icon. It's at the top of the page to the right of the search box. A pop-up will appear.
  3. 3
Select the spreadsheet that contains your contacts. Click the menu, then select the sheet you just created.
  4. 4
Click CONNECT TO SPREADSHEET. This creates a new message addressed to the email addresses in your spreadsheet.
    • The addresses are all in the “To:” field, which means the recipients will all be able to see who else received the message. You can change this in a moment.
  5. 5
Type the subject and message. Feel free to add attachments, photos, and stylized text as needed.
  6. 6
Click GMASS. It's the red button at the bottom of the message. This allows you to send the message to each addressee individually.
    • This is a more private way to send a mass-mailing, and also prevents people from accidentally responding to everyone.
  7. 7
Click Send. It's the blue button at the bottom of the message. This sends the mass message to the addressed recipients.
