How to Successfully PK in RuneScape

Not sure what to do in the wilderness? Well, you've come to the right place! A great guide to not only how to PK or playerkill in the wilderness but to successfully do so. Read each step carefully to reach the maximum possibilities.(due to a recent update the form of PvP combat mentioned s no longer available)

Steps

First off, if you are a mage (meaning you perform mostly magic spells instead of attacks) and you are level 25 or higher in this skill, bring enough runes for the main spell you will be casting.(enough to cast 30 times or so) This means you should bring about twenty - five or more of each rune you will be needing for your spell.

Bring about ten extras of each rune just in case. Like, perhaps you might need a blind or confuse. Just bring some extras as a precaution.

If you see a low-level melee user, attack him at a distance.(make sure there are no other ones near your level there, only one other melee player-killer)

If they come and attack you, make sure they are not strength pures or else player killing them will be difficult.

Eat food when necessary, and use the bind spell to slow them down.

They will die if you keep on binding him or her and casting spells in between.

Rangers: bring the maple bow(for free players) adamant arrows, and food.

Like mages, kill melee users at a certain distance. Use fragmentation shot for when the players come towards you (make sure you do not bind them as this will hinder the effect). This will double/triple damage for several seconds and can be very effective when PKing inexperienced players. This will keep them at low health when they are running or walking towards you, and ensures a quick kill.

Now on a signal, everyone attack the person at same time.

This will give the person no time to eat food or run away and most likely die

Melee: become strength pures with 40 level attack for rune scimitar and rune 2h. Bring strength amulet and strength potion.

Attack the same type, range or mage. You will give them a moderate match since you are strength pure.

When the persons health is low, use 2h and do a lot of damage. This will simply kill the person.

but be careful of rangers because they hit high because you have no armor.

It can sometimes be better if you team up with other players

Warnings

Remember to stay 25+hp or else they rune 2h,and hit 25 on you.

If you die, you will lose everything in your inventory and everything you are wearing apart from three of your most valuable items (note: any stackable item will count as however many there are so if you have 1m with you, that will count as 1m items and not 1

Also if you have level 25 prayer, you can activate the prayer 'protect items'. This will make you keep one extra item. Bounty hunter is a dangerous mini-game, if you die you will lose every single one of your items unless you pray, you can only pray if you have no penalties running.
