Steps

    Open Minecraft PE. Click the play button to get into world selection.

    Select the world. Tap the world that you want to change the gamemode for.

    Click the edit button. The edit button is a pencil-like figure on the right hand side of the screen.

    Tap the gamemode. This will allow you to access the three different gamemode options.

    Select your gamemode. Choose which gamemode you will want to switch to. You have 3 options: survival, creative, and adventure.
