Ōjōgiwa no Imi o Shire!

Ōjōgiwa no Imi o Shire! (往生際の意味を知れ!) is a Japanese manga series written and illustrated by Kyo Yoneshiro. It has been serialized in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Weekly Big Comic Spirits since February 2020. An eight-episode television drama adaptation was broadcast on MBS from March to April 2023.

Written and illustrated by Kyo Yoneshiro, Ōjōgiwa no Imi o Shire! started in Shogakukan's seinen manga magazine Weekly Big Comic Spirits on February 22, 2020.[2] Shogakukan has collected its chapters into individual tankōbon volumes. The first volume was released on June 30, 2020.[1] As of February 28, 2023, seven volumes have been released.[3]

Drama

An eight-episode television drama adaptation was broadcast on MBS from March 8 to April 26, 2023.[10][11][lower-alpha 1] The opening theme song is "Ōjōgiwa no Imi o Shire!" (往生際の意味を知れ!) by Tooboe and the ending theme song is "Fool" by Hitsujibungaku.[13]

Reception

The manga was nominated for the 2021 Next Manga Awards in the print category.[14]
